No, on all PvP servers a dagger / archer with focus SA, passive skills, top S armor sets, tattoos for DEX, and FULL BUFFED has about 600+ (if it is elf) critical rate... It isn't a bug, after 600 it's normal to hit at 90% rate with critical... Even in official ^^

C4 L2j? sub class and go to the NPC to learn the skills, otherwise if the server has auto learn skills you will get them instantly... This never happened to me, but you still can stuck 1 class, just relogin :P But you won't be able to add more classes... It should work without adding lvl, instantly, otherwise go and learn them manually ^^

It is the best way to get protected against viruses that delete system files ^^ Just, right click, RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR and that's it... Nothing more, nothing less... For both l2w.exe and emulator.exe All programs need to have admin permissions, otherwise they won't run properly... Games, installers, everything! Even broswers and MSN ^^ If you don't click run as admin, they won't have the permission to edit any file under windows and program files folder... No write / modify permissions, only read..
