to get so many speed dont need to have "bug"ROFL or smth like that. it depends on the server u play..if it is multiskill ....someone would use speed subclass lol xD or ......it depends on the gear they have.if they have the top gear and the top gear gives crazy speed......u can.... cheat engine is a program that makes u run fast...very fast or it edits ur stats or pvp/pk count. BUT...it is only virtual. i mean that u are the only one that is seeing the char running like crap.....not other ppl....and thos about pk/pvp/stats is only about u..noone else is seeing it.

I KNOW IT.i had it before 10 minutes and it;s client side. i do not know what caused it but u need to reinstall l2 and repatch the server into a *CLEAN* client .then the prob will be fixed and i am fucking sure that it's client side.

IF I UNDERSTOOD CORRECTLY.... no u cannot...if u close ur pc then the server goes offline.

hmmm i dont know but when u find a way about how to stop ppl stucking skills just wipe the augmentations. and thenthere will be balance about augments only...btw i dont know ur server and i havent playied there so.....that's all i can say.
