extract as DDS, and when u open it with photoshop and it if it doesnt open pic, just click on the file (pic) and drag it into photoshop

yeah u can mark special characters (aios, donators, etc) and give them abilitys like not loose exp whent hey die, different name color etc etc etc etc...

u need to get armorgrp.dat file for voesper armors, open it with fileedit for your client, copy lines, open your armorgrp.dat file and paste, make sure u make a clean space after the last line

start -> run -> cmd -> ipconfig write the IP in browser and change last number to 1 -> enter pass/username (default admin, admin) -> select port forwarding option and select 7777,2106,3306,9014,80 ports (for ip use IP from ipconfig)

The problem is that you can not open that file with Unreal Editor because the files it too big and thats why u get error... the only way that you can edit textures there is to extract the ori texture of the weapon/armor you want to change with UTPT and then create new .utx file. 1) Decrypt .utx file 2) Open file with UTPT (Unreal Tournament Package Tool), select texture you wanna change and extraxt it as .DDS here is UTPT if you dont have it http://www.2shared.com/file/5968949/64ada28/UTPT.html 3) Import image to Unreal Editor and create a new .utx file (make sure you save he file in default folder / Unreal Edit folder, otherwise you will get "no space allowed error")... 4) Put file in system or systexture folder and then you also need to change armorgrp or weapon grp...

use 0.0.0.0 instead of 127.0.0.1 i also see that your db pass is missing, dunno if u removed it.. but it aint there :)
