i tested it on win 7 64 bit... all working it your problem xD check antyvirus etc.

your system isnt patched! Run l2lige goto system patcher next click patch system next instal addons (l2.exe etc)

u have patched system? check setting...you have l2ver 413? Look at log! I'm not a fairy to know what is wrong. if yes send me your system

Updater need be rewrited... my hosting accept only max 10 mb files size :/ New update on http://fyyre.ivory-tower.de/ (l2.exe and engine.dll for new freya)
