Simply do the quest(Suply of reagents i think from ivory tower basement(Wiesly)) and farm them And after that you can sell them ;)

Yes they can see everything in the servers logs but most of the admins are to lazy to do so

Well played there with my friends for a while I managed to make some normal S weapons +10,+11,+12 But WTF i see more and more ppl with dusk weapons +17,+18 And one clan is something like good friends with the gm and get every day +1 on their gear

Only growing your clients speed and not the character speed So if you have super speed then all have superspeed ;)
