Since he install the pack and he got this error something goes wrong. And if he didnt touch anything you're wrong. I can make a deal with you to sold you a clean pack (l2j's one without protections) and then you realise that something goes wrong. You will call me scammer.

Well he asked for a working pack. Since he had an error or something you should help him even if you dont offer support. You should check why he got that error.
