http://la2base.ru just search there for the pack the most use. another option is afcourse to just manually put the sql files in however that would take ages ;)

if im right the most shares are from la2base so maybe you can get a server pack which is used mostly by them.

Exte if I were you I would delete the Bevel and Embos at the 7th image and just put a 1 px stroke (Black the best probably) around it.
