Open your document i mean that picture in ur Ps and search "Magic Wand" With that do click in the white part and do "Reverse Selection" if u need,i mean u need select just the image "Sing" and Press CTRL+C now open one new Document with the size u want,but in that Window u will see "Background: White" change that for "transparent" something like that later just paste the image. So u need do this. With the sizes u want ofc just the part "transparent"
