The sql file is corrupted or the items are already installed in your database.

You must find the php script and install it on your website. If you rip l2 forever's website , you will find this script.

Can you paste the content of your 2 config files ? { gameserver.properties , loginserver.properties } Also , don't forget to edit the l2.ini ServerAddr must be 127.0.0.1 in your system and in players system the serveraddr must be filled in with your ip address.

Don't put in LoginServerHostname= your no-ip. Your LoginServerHostname should look like this : LoginServerHostname=0.0.0.0

Make sure that you have opened your ports. Check your min and your max protocol revision to be setted at 1 and 999. Edit the l2.ini file with your ip address. Also , check if you have in external ip { gameserver.properties , loginserver.properties } your ip address that you used in your l2.ini file. Finally , make sure that you have your firewall off.

Registration : When you register , it teleports you immediately . ( 120 sec more to join ... ) ( since there are other people registered already ) Duration : It teleports you to the village , when the matches finishes ( when someone wins , you don't have to wait 10 mins to teleport you to town , like interlude ) .

If you stuck at the part where is says the server's status and the server's name and your ping is 9999 change your max and min protocol revision from your server.properties file to 1 and 999 { min and max } .
