Rebirth System is now fully functional. First level gives you funny transformation of your choice + 50 recommendations Second level gives you gracia final transformation of your choice + 50 recommendations Third level opens Divine transformations which are specific to your class + gives you 100 recommendations. Community board was made nicer looking and more helpful for players. Karma system implemented (players that help other players have a chance to become promoter. Promoters can karm or dekarm your character and thus changing your title color). Plus lots and lots of other minor updates which really make our server unique for what it is! Community still growing at a nice pace. Currently there are: 544 Forum members 2366 Accounts 2514 Characters Join us! Perhaps we're exactly what you're looking for. ;)

I would like some feedback on this if possible. I'm using l2jfree with gracia ct2 client. [Hidden Content] I entered the above code into the enterworld.java on line 236. However my problem is that when a player logs onto the screen, nothing happens. If I understood correctly, I don't need to modify the exshowscreenmessage.java as that is for interlude only, or am I wrong (tried editing it aswell though, nothing changed). note, I did use the proper imports import com.l2jfree.gameserver.network.serverpackets.ExShowScreenMessage; Thank you for your time, Velin.

This thread is a loads of bullshit! @hosts file is legal @editing l2authd.lineage2.com and l2testauthd.lineage2.com is illegal Make sence braniac! a) how can editing hosts file be legal, but at the same time make it Illegal if you add two new lines? BS anyone? b) L2 client (ncsoft) NEVER does anything to your hosts file. The way your client connects is. You start up your client, client reads l2.ini to check for the login server domain (l2authd.lineage2.com), it then sends a request for the ip, but WINDOWS (microsoft) first redirects to the hosts file (for obvious reasons), checks if the entry for l2authd.lineage2.com is there. IF there is none, it then sends a request for the ip to the root dns servers. If there is an entry, it uses the ip listed WITHOUT sending a request to the root dns servers. Again, NCSOFT CANNOT STATE THAT EDITING HOSTS FILE IS ILLEGAL! IT'S NOT IN THEIR AUTHORITY TO DO SO! HOSTS FILE IS PART OF WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM AND NOT LINEAGE2 CLIENT! @Simple Hosts Are Illegal Not For NCSoft But For Microsft And elephants can fly... Its perfectly legal. IF there was confirmed reason of belief that the certain ip (following as l2.ro) was hosting child porn, then police would go over to the ISP in charge of it, request an EXACT adress where that server is located and then confiscate the hardware. Why can't ncsoft do that? Well, EU doesn't give a fuck about eula, we went through that already. Because of that, NCSOFT has no juristiction over countries other than the US. As such, servers not located in the usa = safe = cannot be shut down = go fuck yourself ncsoft. @So I Believe Thats Why NCSoft Wanna Close All Private Servers Thank you mister genius for that original prophecy! It's very usefull if you've got trade channel set to global. Players tend to behave more when they can't just remake another char. Setting it to 200 pvp for trade is imo just perfect for highrate. Two days of pvp before you can use the global chat. :)

I'm already spending way too much time on the server than I should be (coledge...), but no matter how much I try, I can't do everything by myself so...

Well I was trying to avoid this in any way possible, but atm, I just don't see any other way. It's either get help, or drop the idea. Thank you for your concern. I bet you had the same problems when starting your server.

A month ago, two of my friends and I decided to start Lineage2 server. The thing is, they changed their mind (aren't interested anymore) and don't want to do it anymore. I'd still like to go on with the idea, but I'll need help. Basically what needs to be done is: - spread the word around - moderate the site (it's being reworked as we speak) - test bugs and report them to the "bug section" on the forum - fix bugs in the code - suggest new ideas - other I'm still learning how to code in java (I know the basics though), but compared to one month ago, when I didn't know anything about it, I'd say I learned ALOT. Server is highrate, x1000-5000 with aio buffer, luxury teleporter and gm shop. It is be based on l2jfree. I'm about to rent a dedicated server soon, so you won't have any expenses to pay. You'll just be there to help me with what needs to be done and take a place in the gm crew once we go live (undergoing a trial period first). Do NOT respond if: - you're under 17!; This one should be obvious. The older you are, the more mature you act... - you like to cause trouble and the only thing you'd do is -beep- around; - your english sucks; I'll need to talk to you on a daily basis. Can't do that if we don't understand each other. Also, there's a chance you'll be representing the server. "lol u pis me of i ban u gg" is not acceptable. - you won't take this serious. If you'd like to participate just to try it out for shietz and giggles, don't. If you're like me, you'd like to start your own server but don't have the resources, the time or the will to do it on your own, then apply. - If I need to tell you how to do everything then we won't get along at all. Looking for problems and finding solutions on your own (or with very little help) is what being a good crew member is all about. Which bracelets did you use to spawn them? The non used ones like agathion of love/monkey agathion and so on?

Where was the geodata downloaded from? L2jfree svn?

Does this work only on events or all the time? Cause I applied it on my server and there wasn't any effect.

Do you perhaps have the link to gmshop creator? The current one isn't working.

I edited the option file with the same info as I input in navicat. It doesn't work. Infact, it gives me an error so fast, its probably not even checking if it's correct one or not.

Wrong, ignore that image! Although It would work, you'd just end up complicating things. Go to your database and select table characters. Make sure the char you're editing is OFFLINE!. Then look up his name and along the line there will be a field called "access level". Edit that to 70 for a newbie gm (minimum rights), 100 to normal gm (has ban, kick, spawn items), and 150 for super gm (has everything). Access level 1,2.. that's nothing, it's just toying around.

As I've said in another topic, the newest l2phx DOES WORK! I tested 10 servers and on 8 of those I was able to enchant my weapon BEYOND 65535 (got like +80.000). I didn't had gm rights, I didn't had db edit, i made a lvl1 char and that was it (should i post a share on how to do that? :O) I then grabbed the latest l2jfree pack (compiled on 19th january which is fresh as it gets) and guess what, the exploit worked. Got +40.000 weapon.
