I got the same problem when i installed windows 7 so i did format again and i re-installed win XP Lulz :S check This site if have the drivers u need.

Im downloading with 400kb/s >.> and i got 24mbps but i have opened Connx-TV that consumes my half internet plus the laptop is open too and downloading from torrents..lol.

that happens when spam topic is missing ^^ u will update the program again? add a stop or something button cuz when the program stucks we can close it from task manager only..

its english section @Fuers u changed its name from hexid (Server 1) to hexid?

seems normal for me..

change hexid..so hard? ^^ delete your hexid from configs and open registergameserver.bat and create a new one. then crop it and paste it to your configs.

I have to say 2 things. 1. There are so many customs not needed. just remove them. 2. Server is running on Equal project. LoL. Change it to something better or just close the server before the first hacker attempt will close it.
