ty very much Allengc! i had a patched system folder but user.ini wouldnt decrypt, l2.ini is decrypting successfully. i dont know how do you make system patched nor why user.ini is not decryptable but this method worked, now I dont even have to decrypt my ini files to make changes!

Either my PC sucks or I am noob but I couldnt install sql properly. When sql is "installed" I have only Microsoft Visual Studio and there is no New Qwery or Conncet button...
