a? i dont get it.... make one buff from NPC see buff name in your buff slot bar press in game ALT+G with gm char and write buff name same name like on buff slot with big and small letters and press button skill search and that will show you skill ID

easy and simple :) go to your GameServer\data\stats\skills find your skill ID , for example i will use skill id 1040 for skill shield and fine next line <effect count="1" name="Buff" time="3600" val="0" where is time that is duration so 3600 = 1 hour , 7200 = 2 hours ....
