Open your skill menu when your trying to add nuke skills. Then pick and drop a random skill on the bot window, then refresh with the small icon. This helped me.

l2phx link broken :( someone could explain me how to find the right part of the packet code which must be changed to get the wanted buffs? :) sorry, Its still not clear for me how to make it work on Freya.
