  1. Problem with your pack. You are using some kind shit pack, and i don't know why you dont use l2jserver pack. But its your choise. So anyway i check very fast com/l2jfrozen/gameserver/network/clientpackets/RequestExEnchantSkill.java if (Config.ES_SP_BOOK_NEEDED && (_skillLvl == 101 || _skillLvl == 141)) // only first lvl requires book { so i think your problem is with these _skillLvl. I played l2 long time ago, so i dont remember correctly what are these values are. So propably you can try delete && (_skillLvl == 101 || _skillLvl == 141) and check if something changes. Also you can always do like this and check if(Config.ES_SP........){ // code // Print message and something }else{ // Print error or something }
  2. Its dosent matter. You will not host a server with 5000 players. You can host db and host in same machine. Also it will be cheaper for you, rather having two different machines/ You have two options: 1. API 2. Allow connect only website to your mysql. I mean limit IP address.
  3. Some client have limits to their level. You can go beyond. Exp can be related
  4. 1. You can't. Limits is set in client. even if you add in server, your server or client will crash. Same is max ehcnat, you can't go beyond 65535 2. Just increase in sourcecode and add new exp to each lvl. But again its have its own limits. If i remember correctly hi5 can have max 100 lvl 3. I need more info about this. Where to see? in chat or dialog box?
  5. You should look at source code. You didin't provide any information. But basically what i see is that somewhere in source code is a bug. Maybe missing aditional boolean with check.
  6. You cant know. Because original ncsoft monsters spawn at random location, not like in java where you give coordinates To find monster id you can use file edit and look up at system
