You're giving out Gold Member/Uploader Statuses too much. I think many "unnamed" people who have their Uploader/Gold Member status shouldn't have them. I won't mention the names, they know who I mean. That's the first. Second. You're giving -1 karma or banning without a warning, for example my karma has been lost thanks to Anubis that drove me crazy and wanted to start flame war. And only I have lost -1 karma. WITHOUT WARNING. If somebody warned me, I would calm myself. Third. I'd change whole karma system. Not karma given just by mods or goldens, but by normal members, too. Fourth.
