The faction server is indeed very nice.

Consider this, there is no favoritism or opinion regarding buffers.

 

There is just an option and consequences.

Some people will like having a full buffer, others will not. Thus, some will complain and others won't. Some will play and others won't

 

There is no best option.

 

Having a buffer is the most common option. Depends what you do with buffs and what buffs will be in the buffer as well I guess.

 

I would add most prophet/EE/SE buffs and several dance/songs (Fury,Wind,Vitality,Concentration) and PoWater if you are high five (or whenever all prophecy became almost the same).

 

That way if people want more specialized buffs and stats they'd need to get some friends or maintain some dualboxes.

It's not necessary though, if it were, i'd also nerf the buffs that wouldn't be in the NPC.

 

Nobody needs a crit damage difference from COV+Dance of Fire just cos some kids have nasa PCs to run 3 windows...

 

I dont think on 2012 a pc cant handle 3 windows. Some people are just too lazy to dualbox, i know it because i am.

by my experience all the noobservers iplayed had custom glows. But as an idea i like it because it provides something different. Try and use solid colors and not the changing ones.

Go and find the l2brick source files, they must still be avaiable and use their scheme buffer. Its easy just copy paste the buffer settings from config.java on the core and the rest is on the scripts folder on the datapack side, dont forget the sqls of the buffers.

There too many servers with similar rates right now and very little players. Thats the main problem.

I feel sorry for how many idiots will play & donate again.

I think this is a last attempt to get some donation money and then shut it down for good.

Doing some research again.

I agree theres just too many mid rates today and all have pretty much the same features with few differences.

OMAGAD! There's alot of failed servers buddy. there's no point to discuss about them... half of the servers where have been added to the MMORPG Topsites are failed.... Other are their features and while you're getting into server you are seeing other features ROLF!

The feature thing is not always the problem of the server. Sometimes you change some features on the fly but when you change the description on a topsite like hopzone for example you must wait aproval again and most admins dont do that because they dont want to lose the listing and the votes while server is awaiting aproval.

I keep hearing people want server without buffer and retail like duration, however when a server like that is made nobody joins it.

I agree, however not all new servers are bad.

I mean every few days i here someone gets one, who is doing it and what he expects to gain from it? Why it didnt use to happen few years back?

Freya/H5 high rates cant last for long today.

I prefer the old ways of enchanting, a high max enchant (for example 25-30), low safe enchant (4-7) and a mid rate of enchanting (75%-85%).

 

This way you enjoyed enchanting and if you enchanted something at max you were really happy :)

 

But DON'T add donates with enchants over max...

 

I agree for Interlude servers where enchanting isnt annoying. But for Gracia and Freya servers its the best to have it low.

Actually i think you can get those from the Auction NPC.
