Each account is registered with different proxy. Password is generated randomly. Email is generated randomly as well. All credentials are readable, not like "83jf84j3jg3g". Proxies are new and private, there is no refund function after being banned.. Accounts are 100% not pre-banned by NCsoft blacklist system, proxies are not blacklisted as well.
