I did and no-ip account and still does not work!

So I have a pretty big problem. some days I struggle and fail to find out the IP address can connect to other players on the server. look below a prince. If I write the ip [192.168.1.25] I connect just me on the server.

We went on many servers interlude, and saw that use the same pack (with the same buffer, gmshop, farm areas, pvp) and event manager to vote. I would like to know if anybody knows what pack I use that I find interesting, or help me with such a pack you can vote with the event manager etc. Whether more ... O0

Every time I have this problem. GM and the players on the server and not the mobs HP is trying to kill them . I know it's config, but I do not understand where. Use " L2JFROZEN " ! thks XD
