I did and no-ip account and still does not work!

So I have a pretty big problem. some days I struggle and fail to find out the IP address can connect to other players on the server. look below a prince. If I write the ip [192.168.1.25] I connect just me on the server.

for example want give gold bar when double click to give me: EWS / EAS / EAB etc. understand now :P?
