First option requires a massive rework on every file that handles a database connection.

Second option requires a small piece of code in L2DatabaseFactory.

First is better performance wise, since you'll always be sure issues like that won't ever happen again.

Second will simply point you where the error comes from, enabling you to fix it.

A good reference is L2JServer's latest DatabaseFactory. You can also take a look on how they handle their connections and do the same.

That of course is time consuming, easier solution would be to write a small piece of code to detect unclosed SQL connections.

Not all packs contain handlers for Chat. In this case, simply use Say2.java.

3000 max connections? I doubt you understand how that config works. Reduce it to 100.

My suggestion: rework your pack's L2DatabaseFactory and use try () - catch () to handle all your db connections. You'll also have to update your java version to 7. Java 7 handles all connections and closes them automatically.

Farming for few days to just get Tier 1.5 come on men! Please it is a pvp server (i am still talking about solo farming)

And what you call "balance" i think few of has have their doubts. But as i said ireally like the server and i am still playing their!

For a few days to get Tier 1.5? Man, l2p? Like seriously.. i had full elegia/icarus (tier 2.5) on second day, what's so hard? Just go to second farm zone, farm the materials and you'll also get beorns. Make deals with your friends to fight all the beorns you have and everyone gets his silvers. Besides silvers, there isn't anything else keeping you from buying good accessories and tier 2.5 items.

Farm is rather easy, only top items are hard to get.

I watch everything in this list except Doctor Who.

Top are of course Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones.. rest are nothing compared to them ^^

Walking Dead started pretty strong, but naaah became kinda boring.

You only did one part of what i said. Should be like that on save() method

the save() method seems fine... I used to have exactly the same and it's working, the "UPDATE" thingy is fine, you don't need to delete and insert...

 

the only thing that comes to my mind is that you're calling wrong the "save()" method when the server is restarting... but that would be weird... try changing the method by "public static void save()" and then access with "TzVoteRewardManager.save()", I feel like it's stupid but I don't see any problem in the whole code..

You are missing INSERT statement. Your save() method is incorrect.

You can do it with 2 ways, either way is fine (save() method):

1) First DELETE the entire table and then INSERT the votes.

2) Make a boolean on load() to see if votes exist or not**. If boolean is false, use INSERT statement, if boolean is true, use UPDATE statement.

Also that id field is completely unnecessary.

** You can do that, by going to load() method and add the boolean to this line:

Also change while (rset.next()) to if (rset.next()), a loop there is also not necessary.

If they are using latest version of lameguard, not even zRanger works (private Russian bot).

So.. i find it rather hard, except if you find someone to exploit it for you (i'm pretty sure each copy of lameguard, requires a different crack).
