That's why most online competitive games like L2 are considered bottom tier games.w/e you can get in 1 month,a sleazy wanker can get it in 1 click. That's why Top tier games like LoL,CS,DOTA are top.Although they do have cash options,they do not affect gameplay or imbalance between contesting parties,only visual characteristics. They compare teamplay(L2 has it),dedication(a thing researchers are still looking for in L2 since 2008),skillset(some individuals have it,though 50% of it goes down the drain since half of the community clicks their way to ''skill'' by getting better gear) -

Any rational person without personal gain over a server will tell you that L2 on most EU mid rates at 2016+ is a total shitpile in terms of daily gameplay with the bot platoons marching all over.
