well i reply in 1 topic of you bro just need do it.. first ofc need have icon you want is not important size you can recize soon it.. well now go to Photoshop and create new file with 32x32 pixels ok next step is place picture you want do how picture ... ok now we place it and maybe is very big picture need recize so we press CTRL+T and now recize for adapt 32x32 ok when done it press save and you can save in TGA o DDS3 ok well next step is create a UTX ok now go to unreal editor and put name of shader icon in row you have and now go to import and import DDS of icon and just now save and done just need modify in line weapon.dat name of utx you create and done :)
