well man I can't understand why you make combiner.. for what reason? what material need be combiner for do that? is only UPBODY,LOWBODY,GLOVES,BOOTS, you don't have Wings like Kamael o something like that

yes man but what you do with shader Upbody? you try put combiner in diffuse layer this is wrong!!!, you don't need do that

you try using another image for make map? and ofc you get this problem because I see in first picture you use combiner in row are need put _ori texture you wrong man!

well guys for me the files work fine without problems, I try add itemname-e and work fine, about MOrc and FOrc too so don't know what doing :S

yes man it's possible, the files need decrypt .bmp are in folder systextures. sp_32b_01.bmp sp_32b_02.bmp sp_32b_03.bmp sp_32b_04.bmp and next, you open .BMP in PS and is all ;)
