you said elo hell which means being better than rest players,but bad teammates losing u elo.

when i was 300 elo,i was bad.When 500 same. when 1300 same,when 1800 same,when 1900 same. then i became better :) elo makes you go where u belong.no matter of teammates/enemies.

2 years ago i was 310 elo.1 month ago i was 2103 :(

Still,if you expect in soloqueue teammates,you are forced to stay on low elo.Nobody will carry ur way up (except if u choose my elo boost services^^),cause it's solo queue

No no no and no. If you are good enough,there is no elo hell.Carry 1v9 and win,nothing else.Everything u said is not working. I wished cancer every single game to my teammates,didn't communicate at all.Still 35 wins 8 defeats.No elo hell if u are good.Elo hell is just an excuse for bad players who can't accept they are bad.

why and why? You can run boots and 1 ward on taric/blitz/leona Vision ward not needed. Plus that the cost of exhaust in botlane is untradeable,especially when u need to decide between exhaust/cv.

So for a 75 gold worth job,you would prefer to make sure that you will not any fight on botlane without exhaust. Herpderp

WHY THE HELL CV? 1 minute cooldown for an area revealing which equalises a ward. DONT BE LAZY,GET A WARD AND GET EXHAUST. I hate when my support gets cv instead of exhaust,I just can't fight with useless cv.lol

Ok joke.Get some Tips (Ad most likely) When u fight in the jungle,range is your partner.Use any weird spot to fight,so enemies cant come on you (for example,fight near baron and team fights on bushes?Go to the blue buff and hit from there,If enemy doesn't have a jump he won't touch you.) Combining your auto attack with spells gives the illusion of damage. Go ashe,use autoattack with slow,Volley and Autoattack.What it looks like on lvl 5?A 260 dmg burst. What it is in reality?120 dmg +70+70.Seperately the dmg is not even noticeable. Smartcast and not smartcast.On long cd spells,Try NOT TO USE smartcast (Ashe's arrow,grave's ultimate) This will make you more focused on your shot.
