Well, in the send tab you'll find sth like this: hLaPEx -> Client click it and make sure it shows this: hLaPEx -> server ___ This means that hlapex will either make changes to client, wich is of no use, you can only impress your friends with glows, and other weird stuff, that only you can see, and is temporary. If it's hlapex->server, then hlapex is going to send some packets that let u do anything, and is permanent. That's what we call "client-sided change" and "server-sided change" Unfortunately, you won't be able to send any packets to the server, cuz they're protected. "hLaPEx is dead"

Guess what: It worked on 3 of them (not with cp potion, other consumable). I don't remember names:/ I think some of them are here.

Yes, you are right, but consider this: How noob are you when playing (or at least bothering) at such servers, where everyone are retards. I told you m8, go start playing L2 seriously in Official. If you don't want, then choose another server of your taste and leave noob admins without players. You can't blame anyone but yourself in this case, as there are hundreds of nice servers.

You know, I hate it when 13-15 year old immature kiddies set up some nifty servers or become gms, just because they got a ready-made l2j server pack.
