Maybe you've accidentally enabled high detail graphics on one or more clients? Be sure to have "Lower Detail" checked, as well as AA (anti-aliasing) off. If l2 is the only program that slows down your pc, then there's no need to format it.

yeah duall's thought makes some sense, however, you can only be given a new password for the victim's acc as the passwords are encrypted and cannot be retrieved, so, I don't know if this would work.
