Just For The information... there are a lot of ways for virtualization sovahost use XEN virtualization with a little search in google you will see that xen virtualization isolate main server resources on the virtual machine so ONLY the virtual machine can use those resources . this mean that if your plan contains 2 cpu cores 8 gb of ram and 100 gb of hardisk (thats an example) you will only use those 2 cores and the 8 gb of ram. so yes a lineage 2 server and a counter strike server can easy run on a virtual server
