[Help] Problem-Gameserver

hi,if i restart the game server from l2  i've this problem and to work again i must close all windows of server. example : gs,lg and stop.bat and restart it all.. !

what is wrong ??

note: I'm using l2j Oneo Preconfigure by TheMentaL pack !

Edit:

i saw something ... if i change the Xmx1024m to Xmx512m it working perfectly !

note:i've 4GB ram.
