i) Take the first image

ii) You resize it until it's a little bigger than the one you want to zoom

iii) You create a shape and you add Drop Shadow

More detailed version:

1. Select element whicht you want to zoom using Rectangular Marquee Tool.

2. Press Ctrl + J, you created new layer with your element.

3. Ctrl + T and resize it holding Shift

4. Press fx icon under Leyers Tab, than choose Drop Shadow...

5. Done.

 

 

About sig, v1 better, just fix the quality of zoomed element on the right side and change "project" text.
