A:You need to be 80 lvl and have some AA.

 

Q:Where i can find Crystal scrolls ?

A:From special edited rb's, like baium.

Sorry we have some problems with dedicated server, so we will move on new dedicated server (Germany as i know). The Grand Opening postpone for the next friday (04/03/2011). About Started Hour i think will be around 17:00 - 19:00.
