Question for my laptop

Hi guys i buy one laptop and it run windows 7 Operating System.Can i change it to windows xp??? If i change it in windows xp the laptop will run with 100% of ram and cpu??? Someone tell me that if put windows xp the laptop will be slower and the laptop cant run very good. it is true??

if you want xp you need windows xp x32

also they support newest DirectX updates
