[HELP] l2jarchid clan create problem

I use l2jarchid in my server , and i tested clan system but when i push on village master found clan button nothing is happen , meybe someone can tell what need do if i want resolve this problem , sorry for bad my english....

no , nothing in gameserver , no errors nothing , i test now with l2equal pack , and  in this same problem , when i push found clan npc dont say nothing and dialog dont open where need write new clan name , in game server too nothing
