Karma gives privilegies? What privilegies? If not, what is the sense of karma?

Karma Having Only V.I.P. and Uppers.

Karma Given from V.I.P.S to others for good work in something or one good Post and etc.. Karma not gives Previleges.

Example : If you Are V.I.P. and you see something good if you like much you allowing to give +1 karma to creator
