[USB Flash]Windows

I have a netbook that the Windows have a problem and don't work so i must format them.Cause it's netbook don't have DVD/CD gate.I must i find a way to burn them to a USB Flash Drive to boot them from there.Could anyone told me a way to burn them?

Download windows 7 packed in an ISO.

Download WinToFlash.

Run WinToFlash and follow the steps.
