[Help]Question

Is there any way to change programs that i already have installed from the one disk to the other w/o having any problem and w/o reinstalling them? For example: Photoshop, its adobe software and i dunno how to install it on D:/ disk :/ Actually i want to free up some space on C:/ Disk but idk what to move/change/uninstall!
