imo that u asking for can be done u ask for a server that u wont need to farm much to get geared so that means that its gonna be a server only for pvp

no nobl Q that means that anyone can do 20 bots and logg to oly just to feed but in the other hand u ask no feed at oly i dont know any server that can provide u those .....

I don't have to stay on serv 1 day to know is it good or not , 1,2 h is enough.

And I checked almost all servers from mxc, elitepvp, hopzone,top zone ,etc.  only few low rate servers r now worth to play.

Everything is free except 3 things ,noblesse (like 1 hour farming or less) ,belt u get on territory wards and mastery u farm ke or u win 5 on each event

Max +20,Safe 20

 

Class are 90% balanced ,except 1 single class, SOUL HOUND ,only becuz steal divinity is 8seconds (not sure ,i hope gm will fix that) and it will be the perfect pvp server like
