well see how it works..the seller add his e-mail....the buyer add the paysafe code and paypal e-mail and when he/she sumbit the button "Send" the code send to seller e-mail...then the seller when see the code check it to paysafe.com and if it is correct he send the paypal money to buyer account you got it? :)
