Scelero Spear is designed by Heavens Gate Lineage II, more specifically, me. It's a custom spear designed with a massive p.atk, and we use it as a nondonateable item. The item rarely drops from a difficult raidboss.

 

Of course, you can edit the P. Attack and everything. Server files are not included, sorry.
