[Help] need a full guide how to create a server :-(

hi mxc,

im new to this forum its my first post , i came here to find some help creating a server ^^

i want a full guide cause am a total fail and never created one , i've just ran a pack from an old server (had to run login server + game server and then all what i had to do is log in )

but now i want to create my own one ^^ i used search but didn't find a full guide :|

pls can someone help me ?

ps : is it easy to create NPCs and edit them ext ?
