try to run in compatibility of xp

may help

noone has problem with windows 7

maybe u have wrong version of it?(32 bit instead of 64 or opposite?)

Solved, some files from eclipse have been deleted by my antivirus, they whore marked as trojan, changed the package and now workes fine!
