hi all, well my question is very simple and silly at the same time, some will wonder how you might not know it, good my first time editing it so here my question is when saved in BMP which option is the should be, because the configuration of Adobe Photoshop I have the following

 

Basic Mode

try some but not had luck, just look and encryption using the BMP is 121 but does not work anyway if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it.
