[Question] Creat Char's

Hello guys i have one question..

how i can make that when i go to Creat A char They will see With Top No Grade items..

 

ps.i dont mean that when i creat chars they start with no grade.. only to see it at creat section

 

i mean to change This

 

 

i want to see with armor no grade and weapon no grade

Im not 100% sure, but i guess it requires cliend modding.
