L2Off question

Hi i have a good dedicated server but i`ve some questions...

1. I need buy L2 Off files? or i can get them free and use in my serv?

2. L2j or L2Off? (for high and mid rate)

3. C4 server high rate (9k rates) or mid rate (50exp/ or 100)

L2off is good for low/mid rate, anyway can u get free.

I would say that l2j files are more simple.. and could even become better then l2off files with a good dev.

About the srv rates i dont know what to say u.. both of them will attract me simply because they are c4 and i would like to return to c4.. but if the srv worth to play it.
