Re-Install League of Legends. Download Revo Unistaller, a cool program to delete programs(from registry too), and then re-install League of Legends.

I download a new setup_installer(whatever it's name) from League of Legends website and then re-install it. Try to remove League of Legends with that program I told you.

So you have now the same problem to me. When I had this error I used to delete it and re-install it and one day it didn't worked so I stopped playing League of Legends :P

Well,i had the same problem when miss fortune got released,and i went to another pc,updated my client and continued playing from home:P
