[Help] no jscript folder :S

Hello everyone. I would like to ask how i can install something for example a buffer without having jscript file.. i have a pack i found on the internet, and i think its custom, but the thing is it doesnt have jscript folder, it only has a folder named script, but i tried to put it there, but it doesnt work... any idea how i can make it work?
