[Request] Automated PC AiO Buffer Creator

Hey everyone, I was searching the forum and came accross http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=50065.0

 

Unfortunately the link is dead, I was wondering if anyone has the link for it, or a possible suggestion (and by a suggestions I don't mean telling me, "DO IT YOURSELF" suggestions).

 

Basically what  I need is some sort of a command to execute, that I could preconfigure, that would give the targeted (or named) char AiO Status, give him preconfigured skills their highest level, and that would sort of... lock the character from getting any other skills (if possible)
