Disable the whait time to pick drop of moobs

hi all i look for this but i cant found, my question is simple for the best developers

i whant to make raids events whit drop to floor but i have problems because when raid die the others how hit less cant pick up for like 4 o 5 seconds and cant get drop someone now how to desabilite the time whait for pick up the other char drop?

as far as i understood stive he wants to make a boss event where most people will be w/o parties...

 

i dont know how to help you but i should recommend you to leave it like this, this way people will have to organise to get the boss drops, and there will be pvp too...

 

if drops are free any bot will be able to get em...

Last hit pick the drop, i need this because i make events whit gold boss in pvp area and everyone whait to the last moment to go to hit the boss, to pick the drop, thats why i need to change the time to pick the drop, i need no time to pick any way i have the comon drop autopick and raid boss to the floor. i need to fix the time. tnx both for the advice anyway maeby some programer have idea what java i have to change to modify that.
