There is no 100% kamael. As of right now anyways. Also If a server says there kamael ITS L2JAVA Not OFF, OFF means Official Files Not Java EMU God wish people learn the difference.

 

And AT the moment there is no Kamael Files For Off non, Zero, Zip, Zilch...
