Small update:

Dread gives m atk so casting speed will be redused (Example a sph with dread and baton +17 got 16k m atk and 1448 c speed now he will have 16k m atk and about 1220-1300 cspeed) <---Tell us if this sucks

look i dont guarantee.. As i told it will may got a wipe is about 50% -50% If a see much players on beta i wont wipe..
